NJSRE offers courses satisfying State of New Jersey Requirements towards

• NJ Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensure
• NJ Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensure
• NJ Real Estate Appraiser Pre-Licensure

and a wide range of Appraiser Continuing Education courses.

Additionally, NJSRE is committed to Professional Training and Continuing Education for New Jersey Insurance professionals.

To round out our curriculum in the real estate industry we have just introduced a course on Mortgage Lending Principles and Practices.

NJSRE, formerly the New Jersey Realty Institute, has been serving the real estate educational needs in New Jersey since 1980.

• We are licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and the Department of Banking and Insurance.
